Air-cooled condensers

• Dirt on condenser surface.
• Fan motor or blade defective or too small.
• Air flow to condenser restricted.
• Ambient temperature too high.
• Incorrect air flow direction through condenser.
• Short-circuit between condenser fan airside pressure and suction sides.
• KVR condensing pressure regulator set too high.
• Bellows in KVR condensing pressure regulator might be leaking.
